Het Amerikaanse televisienetwerk Fox en Marvel Entertainment hebben de eerste trailer vrijgegeven van The Gifted. Een nieuwe Marvel-serie dat zich zal afspelen in het X-men universum. De regie is handen van Bryan Singer, die ook verantwoordelijk was voor de X-men films. Matt Nix (Burn Notice) is verantwoordelijk voor het schrijfwerk.
In de nieuwe superheldenserie gaan we onder andere Stephen Moyer (True Blood) en Amy Acker (Angel) zien. Een datum wordt niet genoemd, maar The Gifted zal nog deze herfst te zien zijn op je beeldbuis.
Family adventure series THE GIFTED, from 20th Century Fox Television in association with Marvel Television, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
